Find Your Voice in English

Communicate in English in a way that reflects your expertise.

Find Your Voice in English is personalised 1:1 coaching for professionals who already use English successfully at work but find themselves hesitating, overthinking or holding back when it matters most.

This is communication and confidence coaching, not English language tuition. The focus is not on correcting your English, but on understanding what gets in the way and helping you communicate in a way that reflects your expertise.

We may work with language when it is part of the challenge, but there are no grammar lessons, textbooks or fixed language curriculum to follow. The starting point is always you, your work and the way you want to communicate.

How the programme works

1. Initial Conversation

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call.

We'll explore your current communication challenges, the situations you would like to handle differently and what you would like to achieve.

I'll also explain how I work and answer your questions.

The purpose is simply to decide whether coaching is the right next step and whether we are a good fit.

There is no pressure and no obligation.

2. Intake (session 1)

If we decide to work together, you'll complete an intake questionnaire before our first coaching session.

During Session 1, we'll explore your communication in greater depth and identify the learning questions that will guide the coaching journey.

These give us direction without creating a rigid programme.

3. Coaching

Coaching helps you develop awareness, explore patterns and discover approaches that work for you.

Rather than following a fixed curriculum, we start with what is most important to you and use your real workplace situations as the basis for our conversations.

Through questions, reflection and experimentation, you develop a clearer understanding of what is happening and what you want to do differently.

4. Apply your learning

The workplace becomes part of the coaching.

Between sessions, you'll apply what we've explored in meetings, presentations and conversations.

When we meet again, we'll reflect on what happened:

What worked?

What felt different?

What did you notice?

What still got in the way?

We then build from there.

This means the programme develops through coaching → application → reflection → further coaching, rather than through a predetermined sequence of lessons.

Coaching, communication and working under pressure

My approach draws on three areas.

Coaching helps you develop awareness, explore patterns and discover approaches that work for you.

Communication gives us practical tools for things such as structuring ideas, adapting your message and communicating clearly with different audiences.

Working under pressure means understanding what happens when hesitation, self-monitoring or overthinking gets in the way — and experimenting with ways of responding differently.

Where useful, I may offer practical communication frameworks—for example, to help you structure an idea, express something professionally or adapt your message to an audience. Language is therefore one of the tools available to us. It isn't the curriculum.

The objective isn't perfect English.

It's effective communication that reflects your expertise.

What does progress look like?

Progress will look different for every client, but you may find yourself:

  • contributing earlier and more confidently in meetings
  • expressing complex ideas more clearly
  • spending less time searching for the perfect sentence
  • communicating with greater presence under pressure
  • handling spontaneous questions more comfortably
  • trusting your own communication more
  • feeling that more of your professional personality comes through in English

The aim is not to make you dependent on coaching.

It is to help you become increasingly confident managing these situations yourself.
